Setup & Space
How much space does the 360 booth need?+
Roughly 3m x 3m of clear floor space. We check your venue beforehand to make sure everything fits.
How long does setup take?+
About 45 minutes to an hour. We arrive early so everything is ready before your guests.
Can it be set up outdoors?+
Yes, as long as there is a flat surface and cover from rain. We have options for outdoor events.
Power & Venue Requirements
Do you need a power outlet?+
Yes, a standard South African wall plug within 10 metres of the booth. No special requirements.
Can it work on generator power?+
Absolutely. As long as the generator is stable and running, we are good to go.
What's Included
Is an attendant included?+
Always. Every booking includes a trained operator who runs the booth and helps your guests.
Are props included?+
Props and accessories are included in our Premium and Corporate packages. For the Starter package, you can add them as an optional extra.
Do guests get to keep their videos?+
Yes. Videos are shared instantly via WhatsApp, AirDrop, or QR code. No app download needed.
Delivery & Travel
Do you deliver and collect the booth?+
Yes, delivery, setup, and collection are all included in the price.
Do you travel outside Durban?+
We cover most of KZN. A small travel fee applies for venues outside the greater Durban area.
Content & Sharing
What format are the videos?+
High-quality MP4 files optimised for social media sharing.
Can I get all the videos after the event?+
Premium and Corporate packages include a USB with all videos. Starter packages can add this for an extra fee.
Branding Options
Can I add my logo or branding?+
Yes. We offer custom overlays with your logo, event name, hashtag, or any design you want. Included in Premium and above.
Can I see a preview of my overlay before the event?+
Absolutely. We send you a proof for approval before the big day.
